Disengage from struggle and conflict. Serenity is a state of being that many of us aspire to, but few achieve. When you conflict with someone, it can be difficult to disengage. As soon as you think about not engaging with them anymore, you find yourself right back in the middle of the argument. Sometimes, there are situations where it’s best to disengage from struggle and conflict. In these cases, your energy will be wasted trying to convince someone who isn’t interested in listening. It’s better to just walk away from the situation and find something else that will bring you joy.
Simply allow you to be drawn into the light of the Divine Source. Serenity is a place of deep relaxation, where you can simply allow yourself to be drawn into the light of the Divine Source. The soothing music, the calming voice, and the gentle movements will allow you to let go of the stresses of your day and simply be. Allow yourself to be drawn into the light of the Divine Source, and allow yourself to feel safe and secure in knowing that all will be well. The Divine Source is always there for you, ready to help you find your way through the darkness
There is only light, there is only love. All else is an attempt to distract you from your path along the journey before you. You are here for a reason and this journey was meant for you to experience at this time in your life. There are no mistakes, only lessons that help us grow into who we need to be as individuals and as human beings on this planet together with one another. Don’t be distracted. You are here to learn, to grow, and to experience life in all of its glory and beauty. Your goal is not to find yourself trapped by the distractions of this world; it is to move through them with grace and ease as you continue your journey toward becoming more than what you were before.
There are many paths to that which you seek. Seek first the light within you for the light within, is the seed from Divine Source. The light within is your connection to the Divine Source. The Divine Source is a universal energy that flows through all of us and connects us all. It is this energy that gives us life, connects us, and connects us with our purpose in life. This energy can be felt when we are at peace when we are happy, and when we feel loved by others. In times of doubt and fear, remember that there are many paths to what you seek. You may take one path or another but know that all paths lead to the same place: the Divine Source within you.
Seek first the light within. Your essence is tranquil, peaceful, and joyful. You wake up every morning and go about your day, but you feel like something is missing. The world is full of distractions, but there are ways to train your mind so that even when you’re surrounded by noise and chaos, you can still find peace inside yourself. You are capable of incredible things when you tune into this feeling, but when your mind’s distracted and racing from one thing to another, you lose touch with this source of strength. You know this feeling deep in your bones. You can feel it when you’re alone in a room or listening to music or walking through nature or sitting with friends and family.
Open yourself to that which creates within you a sense of peace and tranquility. This is a time in your life when you have the opportunity to become more aware of what brings you peace and tranquility. This can be something that happens daily, or it can be something that happens once in a while. You can open yourself to the things that create serenity within you. Try doing some yoga or meditating regularly. Take time to reflect on what makes you feel calm, and focus on those things during stressful times. Take a deep breath, and let it out slowly. You’re here now, and this is where you belong. You don’t have to move fast or be anywhere else but right here, right now. Then, listen as your inner voice speaks to you through your intuition and guides you towards the path of serenity.
You need not look behind you; begin where you are, acknowledging all that has come before. Acknowledging all that has come before is important; but if we only acknowledge what happened without acknowledging how we feel about it, it can become a burden rather than a tool. So let’s take these things one step further: let’s acknowledge what happened and how we feel about it, then let’s use those feelings as fuel for change. You are not alone in your strength. Some people care about you and believe in you, who want to help you move forward and grow stronger. You just have to let them know how they can help, and let them know what kind of support you need from them.
Give you the gift of being open to receiving all that you seek, all you desire. I know it’s hard to ask for help, especially when you’re feeling down. But when you do, the universe is ready to come through for you. You just have to be open to receiving. You don’t have to struggle for anything. You don’t have to try to get what you want. Just stop struggling and let it come to you naturally. It’s easy to forget how powerful we are when we become afraid of what might happen if we just let go and allow ourselves to receive life as it unfolds.
Light a candle, and sit in the silence, allowing guidance to be given to you in the silence. It’s easy to feel overwhelmed by the world around you, and it’s even easier to fall into a cycle of negative thinking. We’ve all been there. Allow yourself to feel what is needed for you. It is time for you to be at peace. It is time for you to find your center. It is time for you to be calm and centered so that you can hear what it is that your heart needs from you.
How shall you choose serenity on this day? It is a choice to be at peace with yourself, your surroundings, and the people around you. It is a choice to accept what is happening and what has happened, and to let go of the things that no longer serve you. It is a choice to let go of anger, resentment, and frustration. It is a choice to forgive yourself for past mistakes and others for their wrongdoings against you. It is a choice to live in gratitude for all that you have at this moment.
