Affirmation – “I am grateful for those who love me.”

You must thank someone close to you for their affect on your life, even though it may not be completely positive at first glance. Life is made of good and bad, and helping this person see through their negative emotions to their root cause, will also help you to untangle the bad feelings you may have about yourself and the world around you. When you apply empathy to others, you can apply sympathy to yourself, and give yourself, and those around you, time to come back to themselves. These lessons from others are worth a lot of gratitude, even though they are tough to endure sometimes.
