Uptight. Tense. Unyielding. That is how you are right now. You look strong right now, tough even. But deep inside you are anxious and putting up a front. Likely you are also feeling unwell from keeping up the act. Loosen up. You are not the Emperor of the Universe who has to worry about everything and acts all-powerful all the time. Take it easy and relax for a while. The tense and hard state you put yourself in is making you sick. Check if you are getting headaches, nervousness, or blood pressure problems. If you are getting them because of your stuck-up attitude, then you must stop being rigid and enjoy life for a while.
