Trying to be too sane all the time leads to monotony. Monotony leads to staleness. And when one feels stale, it does take a toll on one’s health. It is good for the mind and body to try something new: a new diet, a new exercise routine, or even a new way to treat your chronic pains. Make some good changes in your self-care routine to inject fresh energy into your life. Be a Fool for the things you have not yet tried for the sake of your health! Doing the same monotonous routine over and over and expecting some grand effect on your person just won’t do it. If you want freshness, get out of the old patterns and try something else outside of what you usually do. The changes you make may turn out to be good for your well-being in the end.
