Health – Stop Imagining the Worst
You may be worried about your health. Some of the things you are feeling may be real problems, but a lot of the pain may be imaginary. It may be just your anxiety manifesting itself as illness in your body. For a while, stop worrying. Look up and see the Star of Hope on the horizon. Know that your health is not as bad as you think it is, and that time and trust will heal you. Be calm, because often it is your Mind in its most anxious states that causes your body to get sick. Relaxing yourself, and comforting your thoughts with the eventuality of your return to health is as powerful as taking actual medicine. The Universe in stillness waits for your recovery, so you too must be still and chill.
