Affirmation – “I have all the time I need.”
You may have felt out of place in your body for a long while, as a result of an illness or ailment. While you wait for your body to heal, you may feel as if your emotions are mixed up, or out of place. This is normal, and you must give yourself time, not only to heal your physical wounds, but to allow your body and mind to return to connectedness. This may take a long while, so do not be upset that you seem to be behind schedule, and do not place boundaries on your body or heart. Indulge your feelings and emotions, as well as any new sensations in your physical being. With patience you will come through the experience as a new, and better person.
