Self-Reflection
Affirmation - “I am not my past wrongdoings. I forgive myself.”
When you begin to feel overly emotional, you will know when to stop and take a breath. But, recognising these emotions means that times when you have wronged those around you will make themselves known, and this deep reminiscence may be painful. However, this is an opportunity for self-reflection, and finding out more about the way your mind works. When you can forgive yourself for your previous actions, you can begin to seek that forgiveness from others, but, you will not depend on it. You will understand that if people do not forgive you, it is not because you do not deserve it. They need time to recover from your actions, and they are entitled to that, and you can go forward with a more positive energy.
