Health – Do Not Overdo It
Eating too much or too little. Working too hard or not working or moving at all. Playing silly all the time, or never playing and resting even when you need to. The extremes and excesses of anything can ruin your health. The Buddha and other holy Hermits warned us mortals many times: to stay in the Middle Path, avoid the extremes and never overdo anything. So go ahead, enjoy your steak, but try to have vegetables too and never overeat. Work and move hard, but remember to play and sleep every other moment. Your body functions well when all things are in balance.
