Open your eyes, open your heart, open your mind.  

Be willing to see past appearances.  

Be willing to see past perceptions.  

Be willing to forgive yourself. 

Be willing to forgive others.  

All creatures great and small travel the path before them.  

All creatures great and small travel the path before them as it unfolds.  

Each unfolding provides an opportunity to choose.  

In the choosing, there is harmony or dis-harmony. 

The choosing belongs to you and only you.  

All that has come before this moment has brought you to where you are.  

All that you choose in this moment delivers you to that which is before you.  

Allow yourself the gift of seeing, feeling, thinking, choosing with clarity.  

Call upon me; open your heart, mind, body, and Soul to healing from within.  

Call upon me to illuminate the path before you. 

Call upon me to assist you this day.  

All is well for there is only love and light.
