Spiritual wellness is the ability to incorporate your beliefs and values into your actions. Being spiritually well allows you to overcome the ups and downs of life with resilience.  It furnishes you with the sense of who you are, why you are here, and what is the purpose of your life. Your spirit is balanced, that’s why you are content and happy with your current life. You stand firm in your decisions because of your sharp intellect. You have a very quiet and kind nature that possesses endurance, courage, and patience. You have an expressive nature that’s why you can easily convey your point of view to others. You may face despair and desperation for some time. Yet you are highly intuitive and energized. You have extreme love and concern for your family.

You express your emotions well, that’s why you can easily convey your point of view to others. Your spiritual power has a huge impact on healing your traumas. Dopamine is a happy hormone that drives positive sensations, excitement, and pleasure in your body. If your body is making enough happy hormones, you will eventually feel joy and contentment in your life. Resulting in balancing your spiritual level which gives functional purpose to your life. You should also focus on mending your relation with the ultimate supreme power i.e., God.

Spirituality is a journey in which you learn how to live your life with purpose. How is spiritual health associated with human well-being? As if you are spiritually unwell your body, soul and mind will not be aligned due to which negative emotions may bottle up in your mind and you will feel dejected, sad, and useless. Spiritual imbalance may also influence disorders like OCD, body dysmorphia, anorexia, etc.,

We work and spend a huge sum of time daily to earn money for food, clothes, housing, etc. When we become sick, we seek medical care from doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and dietitians to recover as soon as possible. But we ignore the consequences when we are spiritually unwell. If we are spiritually low, we may fall victim to many serious illnesses. Spiritual sickness will eventually evoke many mental health disorders like fear, anxiety, resentment, inferior complex, lack of self-acceptance, and melancholy. All these disorders will snatch joy and tranquility from your life, and you will be lost in your character. That’s why you should opt for approaches to bring balance to your spirit as soon as possible.

It is true that addressing your emotional health and making time for yourself is quite difficult because of your hectic and busy schedule. But to work functionally we should also care for our physical and spiritual health. At least try to incorporate some basic steps in your lifestyle to keep your spirit health at bay.
