Ask and it shall be granted. The law of attraction is based on a simple idea: What you focus your attention on, you will create more of. When being faced with a situation that seems overwhelming, you must begin by asking Divine Source for help, then have faith that it will answer your prayers. Asking is one of the most powerful tools in the universe. It is so simple and yet so effective. Asking opens doors where there are none, evokes solutions where there are none apparent, it creates opportunities where there is nothing to be found. There are no limits to what the Universe can give us, as long as we don’t limit our expectations.
What is before you or within you which seeks to be healed? You are not limited by what is visible in the physical world. Many dimensions exist around and within us and they are all in harmony with each other. A good place to start is by looking at what’s going on in your life right now. If you look carefully at these things, you can see that there is something that all pointing you toward something within yourself which needs attention. In other words, there is some aspect of our being that has been wounded or damaged and is crying out for healing.
All that is made manifest in the body is a symptom of that which seeks to be healed. Healing from Within is a gentle and compassionate way to heal your body, mind, and spirit. The body is a reflection of our inner world. It’s not the cause of our suffering, but it’s often where we experience it most acutely. This does not mean that there are no physical causes for illness, but rather that the physical causes are often rooted in our inner world. The core of this healing method is the belief that all that is made manifest in the body is a symptom of that which seeks to be healed.
If you harbor anger, frustration, or any fear based thought, or emotion it is manifested in your physical body, in the energy which surrounds you, and in experiences. Be mindful of your thoughts and feelings before they become words. You have the power to choose your thoughts, your words, and your actions in all situations. The more you allow these emotions to control you and your life, the more negative experiences will be created. Discipline yourself with those feelings as you have control over how you react to situations and how they affect your life. Choose to forgive and accept others as well as yourself.
All are based on fear or love. All of your healing comes from within. You are the healer. You can heal yourself, you can heal others and you can heal the planet by moving out of fear and into love. Fear comes from a place of lack and limitation, and it closes you down to the possibilities of expansion and growth. While love opens you up to receive all that is possible for you. When you move from fear to love, you can create miracles in the Earthly realm. The more you can move into the space of love, the more healing you can do for yourself and others.
We do not suggest turning a blind eye to all that is not of love. The world is in great need of healing, and many people are suffering from the effects of emotional and physical pain caused by unwanted temptations. You must be careful not to get caught up in the pain of others. As seeing pain can be contagious to your heart. Being aware of what is happening in the world can assist you in seeing the bigger picture and understanding how your life fits into this picture. Focus on taking deep breaths every couple of minutes until you feel calm again. The world is changing. We are in the midst of a huge shift in consciousness and many are awakening from the illusion that we live in a physical world.
Observe, acknowledging that which is a truth for another, for there is always a choice. You are free to choose to accept your truth or the truth of another for you. As you observe and acknowledge that which is true for another, know that healing has begun. To heal from within, you must know yourself. You must be aware of your feelings, emotions, and thoughts. You must understand what motivates you and why you act as you do. The concept of your healing is a difficult one to grasp at first. It is not about the body, the mind, or any other part of the human being. It is about the spirit and soul.
In the choosing, there is freedom from all that does not resonate within you. A choice to explore the unknown, to question what is real and what is not, and to explore the depths of your being. It takes courage to create a new life. This process requires mindfulness, intentionality, and surrender. To be mindful means that you are aware of what is happening within yourself as well as in your environment. The healing journey begins when you recognize that there is something in your life that does not feel right. It starts when you are willing to look at what is not working for you and examine why it hasn’t worked for so long.
In choosing, there is the freedom to choose health and well-being. The choice to heal from within is a conscious decision. It is a process of change, of letting go of old patterns, of opening up to new possibilities, of discovering who you are and what you want to be. It’s a decision to focus on the positive and good things in life, and it’s a decision to be grateful for what you have. To heal from within, you must be willing to make changes in your thoughts, feelings, and actions. These changes may take time, but they can be very rewarding in the long run.
In so much as you believe, so shall you be healed. The first step in self-healing is to believe that you can heal. If you have a negative attitude toward self-healing, it will be difficult for you to heal anything. Believe that you are healed, and your body will respond accordingly. The body is a mirror of the mind; it reflects what you think, feel, and believe about yourself.
