By the light of the silvery moon, renew your Spirit. You will replenish your mind, soul, and body as the sun rises. As you need balance to form, consuming your energy every day. Do not always overwork things that can not be done overnight. It is best to keep a balance between your strength and skills. Balance is a necessity in our lives as it affects us in so many ways. One of them being our physical health. If we are not able to maintain a balance between our emotions and physical well-being then we might end up experiencing some health problems that could lead to severe consequences later on in life. Do not stop looking for what is right in front of you. Sometimes we tend to overlook things because we are too busy looking at something else. At times we need to take a step back and reevaluate our situation before making any decisions or taking action on something that does not seem right for us.
Balance in all things creates harmony; a sense of peacefulness enfolds you. Balance is the key to a fulfilling and successful life. It is what makes us human beings. You are not static beings, but dynamic entities always in motion, always changing. Your mind needs balance as much as the rest of your body does. As you inhale with the intent to be calm and peaceful, visualize all that is in your life as being perfect and in Divine Order. Be prepared to remove all your stress and worries by breathing out slowly, visualizing releasing all stress from your body and mind. Breathe in deeply and exhale fully, releasing any tension or anxiety within your being. Allow your mind to clear itself of all thoughts, worries, and concerns. You can feel yourself becoming lighter as if you are floating on a cloud high above the earth.
Wisdom balanced with strength creates a knowing that all is being made manifest for your highest and best good. Wisdom is the intuitive understanding of the learning process. It comes from knowledge, experience, and understanding. Strength allows you to be courageous, honest, determined, and persevering even when it seems as if there are no options left open to you or when others are pressuring you to do something against your will or character. Strength and wisdom are two sides of the same coin. When we achieve Strength, we must then apply wisdom so that we can discern when our actions or words are needed or not needed. Our ability to discern what is needed at any given time will determine whether or not we will be successful in achieving our goals and dreams.
There are no other desires than for you to be who you truly are, a beloved child filled with grace and light. Seek first your Inner-Spirit and Illuminate your Inner-Spirit with the light and love of the Divine Source. As you do so, you will begin to see your world in a new way, as a place where you can love unconditionally and be loved unconditionally. The inner world is where we find our true identity and wisdom. It is here that we can create our reality, as we desire. The outer world reflects what you believe about yourself. If you believe you are unworthy or unloved, then that is what you will experience in your outer life. If you believe that you deserve love and happiness, then those things will come into your lives as well.

Balance is a key component of good health and longevity. The human body is designed to function optimally when it is balanced. The body has many built-in mechanisms that help maintain balance when under stress, but these mechanisms are easily compromised by the stressors we encounter every day. The key to achieving a balanced life is by taking care of your physical body and mind by eating healthy food, exercising regularly, getting enough sleep, and finding time for yourself. The other part of achieving a balanced life is by taking care of your spiritual side by meditating daily, praying to the divine one, and spending time with your loved ones.
