Angel Message Of The Day : Balance & Rebalance



In all things seek balance. Balance is an important part of life. It’s the difference between success and failure. It’s a prerequisite for happiness, and it’s the key to having a better choice in life. Finding balance is not easy to find at first. Because it requires you to keep more than one thing in mind at once. It requires you to be flexible and adaptable when circumstances change and opportunities present themselves unexpectedly. Balance isn’t something you can achieve overnight, but it can be achieved if you are willing to put in the effort and commit yourself to it completely.


In work and play seek balance.  Balancing work and play is something that most people struggle with at some point or another; however, as you grow older you learn how important it is to maintain this type of balance in your life because if you don’t then there will always be someone who benefits over you. The key here is knowing when enough is enough so that you can enjoy life without feeling like there’s nothing left for yourself anymore. In life, you have to make many choices every day. Some are easy, some are difficult and some are downright impossible. However, if you want to live a happy and successful life, you need to make sure that your choices are balanced.

In action and solitude seek balance.  Balance is one of those things that are very hard to achieve, but once you have it, it makes everything else in your life easier. The problem with balance is that it can be hard to recognize what needs balancing in our lives and how we should go about doing so. The best way to find balance is through action and solitude. In action, by focusing on what you want to accomplish, you can better see what needs work and how you should go about improving yourself. Solitude allows you to reflect on what you have done and where you want to go in life.

There are many choices before you this day; choice between light and shadow, love and anger, dis-harmony and harmony, despair and joy, suffering, and healing.  Choosing is a process of aligning with the desired outcome. It is a decision to move towards what you want rather than away from what you don’t want. Most of everyone has been programmed by society, family, culture, and religion to move away from pain or discomfort and towards pleasure or comfort. This is how everyone is taught to survive in an environment that seemed hostile and dangerous at times. In the end, it is up to you to make the choice. You cannot depend on anyone to decide a choice for you. 


Each step, each breath, and each thought gifts you with a choice, to choose differently than the moment before. Balance is not about having everything in your life exactly the way you want it. It’s about accepting that things change and making sure that what matters most stays at the top of your list. The path is not always smooth or straight, but it’s yours to walk. Choose to walk it with courage and grace in the face of adversity. Choose to be kind to yourself when you fall short of your expectations or someone else’s.


Gift yourself with a moment of silence, re-balancing thoughts, emotions, actions, or non-action. It is a good practice to take time out for yourself. How often do you take time out for yourself? How often do you reflect on your thoughts, emotions, actions, or non-actions? There are times when you need to take a step back from your daily routine and stop for a moment. You can do this by taking time out for yourself. This can be difficult when you are surrounded by others who want you to do things for them. It is important to listen to your body and mind if you want to stay healthy and happy. 


Light a green candle, and focus on the flame. Draw in the energy of balance, peace, and harmony. Ask yourself these questions: How can I improve my relationships? How can I improve my health? What am I doing right now that brings me joy? What do I need to change? The Re-Balance spell is a powerful way to refocus your energy. It can help you get back on track after a long period of imbalance or stress. This spell can be used for simple things such as getting back on track with exercise, diet, or sleep habits, or it can be used in more complex situations like career changes or relationship issues. Ask for divine guidance and healing to help you balance all aspects of your life.

The flame of a candle is steady, burning brightly, a beacon of light in the darkness.  The flame represents balance in your life. It teaches you how to stay centered when everything else around you is chaotic and unstable. When you are centered, you can see clearly, which helps you to make good decisions and stay focused on what’s important to you. Sometimes you need to stop what you are doing and re-focus your energies before you can continue with what you were doing previously. The flame teaches you that it’s not enough just to stop; you must also re-balance before moving forward again with your life or goals. You will discover that your life becomes easier and more peaceful as a result of this inner peace.


At times there is movement, enough movement to snuff the light of the candle, simply re-light the flame and relight the flame within you. Re-balance is a process that comes from within. It is a re-connecting with your soul and spirit, which will lead you to love yourself more than ever before. The candle in your window is a reminder that you are not alone, that you need to reach out to each other in times of darkness, that you need to comfort those who are suffering, and that you need to be compassionate towards yourself and others.


That which is before you, seek the nugget of joy within the situation or circumstance; seek balance in thought, emotion, and action. You are at a crossroads. You have been here before, perhaps many times in this lifetime or the last. You have made choices and taken action that has brought you to where you are now. You can’t change what has happened in the past but you can choose how you respond and move forward from here. When seeking balance, take time out from your busy day to meditate or journal about how your day went; this will help bring clarity into what areas need more work than others so that you can move forward toward achieving a balanced life.

Seek peace within, seek the light, seek harmony. Seek balance on this day and the days before you. Go in peace. Self-care is so important when you’re feeling out of balance. Give yourself time to reflect on what’s important to you and keep a gratitude journal to remind yourself of all that’s good in your life. Be silent and enjoy the peace within the environment you have created.
