It is said; that changing your thoughts and what you think about changes. Change is inevitable. It’s a constant in this universe, and it’s a fact of life that we all have to face regularly. No matter how hard you try to avoid it, change will always happen. It’s easy to get caught up in the fear of change, but it’s important to remember that change can be good. Change creates opportunities for growth and improvement, and it often leads us in new and exciting directions. You can change your life by changing what you think about. What you focus on expands, so if you want to grow and expand, focus on the things that make you feel good.
Choose to see differently and what you see changes. You can’t change what you don’t acknowledge. If you want to live your life in a way that makes you happy, you have to accept that your feelings will change. You don’t have to wait for change to happen; you can make your changes. Change is a part of life and many people want it to remain the same all their lives, but that’s just not possible because we are all evolving beings. You are constantly changing and it’s good to know that we have the power within us to do so.
Choose to feel differently and you will heal yourself and others. Healing is a process that involves change. It’s not as easy as it sounds. You get stuck in your head and it can seem like you are trapped there. It can feel like you have no choice but to feel the way you do, but you do have a choice. To heal, you must choose to feel differently and you will heal yourself and others. You have the power to change your life by changing your thoughts. If you are unhappy with your life, it’s because of the thoughts in your head. Change those thoughts and you will change your life.
It is not about healing others so you may heal. It is about healing yourself which in turn allows another to heal. It’s easy to feel helpless, hopeless, and alone in this world. But you are not alone. You are not alone because there is a higher power than you that is guiding you through your life. You are not alone because there are people who love you and care about you more than they could ever know or understand. You are not alone because there is always someone who will stand up for what’s right, even if it means standing up against all odds just to do what’s right by themselves and those they care about most.
Do you at times wish a “do-over” to “rewind” an event or situation? When something goes wrong, you immediately replay the event in your mind and try to figure out what went wrong and why. After reviewing the situation, you try to come up with some constructive feedback on how you could have handled it better. The next step is letting go of the situation by forgetting about what happened and focusing on the future. This helps you move forward without carrying any negativity into your present or future relationships.
Perhaps you desire another opportunity to change a behavior or long-standing pattern of self-doubt or fear of not having all you desire in your life. Some days you may feel like you are standing still while others seem to be moving at warp speed. Yet, your life is always in motion; whether it is up or down, forward or backward, you are on a path of transformation. It’s important to understand the difference between a need for change and an actual desire for it. Change is a process, not an event. It requires constant attention and effort from you. The more you put into it, the more you will get out of it.
Each moment is a gift; a gift to choose, to think, to feel, and to see differently. If you are willing, choose an event or situation you wish to “do over” … breath deeply, exhale slowly … imagine how you would do things differently. The purpose of this exercise is to help you move through the past and into the present moment. It may also assist in helping you identify areas of your life where it might be important for you to make changes or where there may be something about yourself that needs healing. This is an opportunity for self-reflection and discovery. Imagine that everything changes. Imagine that nothing stays the same. Imagine that you have been allowed to change something about yourself or your life.
Would you speak more kindly to yourself or others? The way you talk to yourself is so important. If you’re constantly telling yourself that you’re not good enough, that you don’t deserve something, or that you’re not worth it, then you’re going to live your life based on those false beliefs. Start noticing the things about yourself that are good and worthy of appreciation. Maybe it’s how hardworking you are or how kindhearted you can be toward others; maybe it’s how beautiful your eyes are or how brilliant your mind is; maybe it’s all the things on this list combined! Whatever these things are for. Tell Yourself The Truth About Yourself positively and you’re going to live a life fully.
Would you look past perception and see the Divine Light within? The Divine Light is all around you and within you. It’s the Light of the Divine One that shines through each one of everyone in this earthly realm. It’s not always easy to see, because you are so wrapped up in your perceptions of life. But if you could look past those perceptions and see the Divine Light within each person, they would be seen as they truly are: children of the Divine One. The Divine Light Within You The first thing to know about this light, is that it is always there. It exists in everyone, whether they acknowledge it or not. The second thing to know is that this light can be seen by others. It shows up in your eyes as a beautiful glow and in your aura as shimmering energy.
Would you allow fear to overtake you or reach out to another to help you through? Fear may be a natural human emotion. It is what you feel when you are afraid of something that might happen, or something from your past. Fear can drive you to do things that are not in your best interest, but when you allow fear to overtake you, it can stop you from moving forward in your life and achieving your goals. However, step in the light and you will overcome your fear. You are not alone in this world and some people support you. Do not be afraid and take the courage within you.
Your “do over” may or may not change what has come before. A do-over is an opportunity to start over again at any point in your life. If you make a mistake, you can start over and do things differently. If you fail at something, you can try again with new knowledge and a new attitude. A do-over may or may not change what has come before, but it’s an opportunity to change how you look at yourself and your world. That makes all the difference in how you respond to whatever comes next.
Your “do over” may create a new opportunity for another to act differently setting you free from what was. You’re not alone. Almost every person in the earthly realm has a do-over in their past. The good news is that you can learn from your mistakes and move on with your life. The first step to getting over your past is to realize that the past is the past and cannot be changed. You need to let go of what was and move on with what is. Accepting responsibility for your actions, even ones that were out of your control, will help you begin healing and moving forward in a positive direction.
Reach out to yourself; reach out to another releasing any attachment to the outcome. Reach out this day; step into the Light for all is in Divine Order. Change is the only constant in life; we must be willing to change to accommodate new circumstances and conditions. Change for the sake of change is only ego-based; change for growth and evolution is spiritual-based. Allow yourself to reach out today and release any attachment to the outcome of your actions or any outcome that may arise as a result of your actions. Reach out this day; step into the Light for all is in Divine Order.
