Harmony is a state of mind, a state of physical energy, a state of heart, and a state of Spirit. Harmony is balanced in all things in all ways. When you are in harmony with yourself and with others you experience peace and happiness. In this world you are surrounded by disharmony: stress, fear, anger, and other negative emotions that prevent you from realizing your true potential and achieving inner peace. These negative emotions hurt your health and decrease your ability to enjoy life fully, leaving you feeling tired, frustrated, and depressed. When you are out of harmony with yourself and others you experience stress, fear, and even anger. Harmony is using your words wisely. It’s knowing when something needs to be said and when it doesn’t need to be said at all. It’s knowing when something needs to be done and when it can wait until later or never happen at all. You can be out of harmony by not feeling safe or secure in the world around you; by being too busy and stressed out; by believing that someone else has to change before you can be happy; by having arguments that leave you feeling angry and resentful; by worrying about what will happen next week or next month instead of enjoying today; by feeling unappreciated at work or home; by not expressing your feelings enough so people understand them; by expecting others to know what’s best for you without asking them first.
Harmony is walking the path before you in faith all is well regardless of appearances, perceptions in physical form. Life is a series of moments, each one unique and precious. When you walk in harmony with yourself, you experience each moment fully and completely. You don’t miss a single detail because your mind is free of distractions and worries. You’re not thinking about what’s next or what happened yesterday, only what’s happening right now. When your mind is filled with worry thoughts, fear thoughts or self-doubt thoughts, it’s impossible to experience life fully in the here and now. The same is true when your heart is filled with anger, jealousy or hate, these emotions will prevent you from experiencing life fully as it unfolds around you right now. When you know your worth, it’s impossible to have low self-esteem. When you know that you’re great and don’t need others to tell you so, it’s impossible to have low self-esteem. When you are secure in yourself and your abilities, it’s impossible to have low self-esteem. When you’re certain about what you stand for, it’s impossible to have low self-esteem. When you live according to your values and beliefs, it’s impossible to have low self-esteem. When you’re true to yourself and others, it’s impossible to have low self-esteem. Walking the path before you in faith means setting aside all fear thoughts, all worry thoughts, and all other types of negative thoughts so that nothing stands between you and being present at this moment. It also means trusting that everything will be okay regardless of how things appear on the outside.
Create a sense of harmony within, the inner space within your essence where all things spoken and unspoken become seamless creating a sense of bliss. Your mind is a powerful tool. It can create both positive and negative outcomes, depending on how you use it. If you want to experience a more harmonious life, it’s important to understand how the mind works so that you can make the most of it. Your thoughts are influenced by everything around you: your environment, relationships with others, culture, and religion, all of these things shape how your mind works and what it thinks about at any given moment. Because the mind is connected to everything outside yourself, it can be difficult to control what’s going on inside it without first learning how to manage external influences that may be causing negative thinking patterns in the first place. When you have inner harmony, it’s easier to find happiness and peace. You are more centered, calm, and relaxed. When you don’t have inner harmony, you may experience anxiety or stress in your life. Take a deep breath in, close your eyes, and listen to the sound of your breath as it flows into you through your nostrils. Feel that sensation as it travels down into your chest and belly. Feel the softness of your skin against the cool breeze from outside. Let that feeling be an extension of yourself, feel the wind caressing every part of your body. Your life is a reflection of what has happened in the past and what will happen in the future based on how you react to the present moment. When you think about your life, you tend to focus on what happened in the past or what will happen in the future instead of looking at your current situation from a different perspective, one where you can see how you are creating your reality right now.
It is possible, for all things are made whole, complete, and perfect in the moment of conception. Resonate, radiate, projecting harmony. It is your destiny to help others in your life by showing them how they can do this as well. In doing so, you will create a ripple effect that will touch everyone around you. If you feel like something is missing in your life or that you are not living up to your full potential, know that it is because you have chosen to be here right now to learn this lesson. You may not see it but something is missing from your life because if there wasn’t then how could it be made whole again?
