Angel Message Of The Day : Take Flight

Be like the breeze, gently playful among the trees with a soft melody for the Soul.  Take a time to relax because you deserve to have this for your body to rest from the tension of the world. Overworking yourself may ramp up your negative emotions about your surroundings. You know, the world is a very complicated place. There are so many things that need to be done, yet we don’t have enough time to do them all. The stress of life can be overwhelming. Close your eyes and imagine the breeze playing upon your skin.  If you could just pause for a moment, take a deep breath, and relax. Do not worry about the future and let go of the past.  The world is a busy place, and it seems like everyone is working hard to get ahead. But sometimes, it’s important to take a step back and realize that we need to take care of ourselves.

Allow all thoughts to simply be lifted from you. Positive thoughts are important to boost our mood and the body’s motivation to keep moving forward. A healthy thought is a healthy food for your brain to spread out enlightening energy in all your body parts of your body system. We cannot control other people’s thoughts but we can control ours. We can choose to stop thinking negative thoughts about ourselves, others, or situations. The mind is like a muscle, the more we use it, the more powerful it becomes. If we don’t use our minds they become weak and powerless. The more we use our minds to think positive thoughts, the stronger they will become over time. We need to learn how to think positive thoughts about ourselves and others because if we don’t, then our minds will continue thinking negative thoughts about ourselves and others which are not helpful at all for us or anyone else for that matter. The best way for you to live your life is by thinking positive thoughts about yourself, others, and everything around me because if you don’t then your mind will continue thinking negative thoughts which are not helpful at all for me or anyone else for that matter.



Allow all emotion to smooth, blending with your entire Being. Acknowledging your emotions is the way to avoid stress such as conflicts with yourself and others because this is the key to building a better relationship. When your emotions are running high, it’s easy to lose perspective and take things personally. You might begin to worry that others are judging you or trying to hurt you. You may find yourself yelling, crying, or wondering why on earth people act so differently. Emotions are what make us human. They help us to process the world around us and create meaning out of our experiences. Because of this, they are an important part of our lives. 

 

Allow your Spirit to float among the treetops. As you relax, you feel lighter in your body and mind. Look about you, do you not see differently than when your feet were anchored into the soil beneath the trees?   The world feels very small when you are in this state, and you can see how everything is connected. As your mind expands, it becomes easier to see things from a higher perspective. You fly past the sun, moon, and stars until finally, you reach a beautiful place where there are no worries or concerns. Relax here for a few moments before returning to your physical body.

 

Do you not feel free to take a flight?  It’s okay to feel hesitant about relaxation however you must accept to take a time to rest and free your mind from stress. Stress increases our blood pressure and heart rate which can be dangerous if it continues for long periods of time. It is good practice to try and relax regularly so that we can avoid these side effects of stress. It could be very hard for you to relax and unwind after a long day. You can start by taking short breaks during the day. The best way is to find some quiet time for yourself for you to relax and unwind. Such as reading or listening to music, while others prefer doing sports or taking a walk in the park. You can also try meditation, yoga or even cooking. Your mind needs rest for it to function properly. You will be able to get back on track if you have time off from work or if you have time away from home. 


Allow your Spirit to discover your heart’s desires and allow you a sense of renewed passion for all you desire. Do not take a step back as this is also a way to know yourself better with what you want and what you need as a human being. Be willing to weather the storm of uncertainty.  Take the possibly unexpected events after the relaxation phase as you may never know the good or bad outcome from it. However, raise your head and take the risk as your body has already rejuvenated. Be willing to soar to new heights. In the releasing of what was, you open the way for that which is before you.  Since taking time for relaxation can be a stepping stone to unexpected opportunities that you may obtain within your all after a fresh mind and body.

Take flight dear one, for you are given wings to soar above all that would hold you from your highest and best good. Your wings have been carefully crafted through the ages and by many hands. You are an angelic being on a human journey with infinite possibilities for growth. The key to unlocking our potential is through love and acceptance of ourselves. We need to learn how to love ourselves first before we can expect anyone else to love us in return. It’s time to dig deep inside yourself and find them again. It’s time to let go of what has held you back from your truest self and from true happiness.


Be strong for in strength there is grace, mercy, and compassion.  Never forget that the Divine gives you his principal gifts for your strength. Grace makes you powerful that strengthens your kindness and empathy towards yourself. Strength is about patience and forgiveness that leads to compassion. Strength is about being able to let go of the negative feelings when they are no longer useful, but keeping them in the back of your mind as a reminder so that they do not come up again unexpectedly. Be willing to endure the pitfalls of perception for they attempt to distract you from your path. However, remain focused on your goals and regain your motivation to guide you thoroughly on your flight. Open yourself to all you desire for it is already given to you in the Realm of Spirit and fly freely with no tension from the past.
