Become quiet, breathe deeply, exhale slowly; give yourself with releasing all your cares and worries. Become aware of your body, and feel the air entering your nostrils and filling your lungs. Feel the expansion of your rib cage as you breathe in and the gentle contraction as you breathe out. Now focus on your respiration without trying to alter it in any way, just observe it as it comes naturally. Notice how each breath is followed by another and then another. Notice also how often you take shallow breaths or hold your breath unconsciously. Listen to the sounds around you, the wind in the trees, and smell the sweet scents of nature. Take a moment to reflect on the blessings that surround you, such as family, friends, and loved ones. If you feel it is necessary, take time to pray or meditate on an aspect of your life that needs clearing.
Gift yourself with peaceful intentions filled with radiant light. Change starts with consciousness. If you’re aware of what you’re doing, if you’re conscious of your actions then you have the power to take control over them. If you want something different in your life, then start by changing your mindset. Start by becoming more aware of your thoughts, feelings and emotions, because those are what drive our actions. When we’re mindful of our thoughts, we can become mindful of our actions too; they become deliberate rather than automatic.
Gift yourself with loving thoughts, gentleness, with compassion. Be present. Be open to the moment. Be aware of how your body feels, of how your mind is working, of what you are experiencing in that moment. When you’re in a difficult situation, instead of getting caught up in your thoughts and emotions, try to focus on what is happening right now, how your body feels, and what’s going on around you. This can help you calm down and cope with stress better. And when you are ready to move on from a stressful experience, reach out to others for support. They may be able to offer comfort or advice about how best to handle things.
This day is a gift to you. You can either spend it worrying about the past or worrying about the future, or you can accept it as a gift and make it your own. Keep an open mind and heart, and be willing to learn from everything that comes your way. You are blessed with this day, so be grateful and make it count. Your life will never be perfect, but it can be wonderful. Be content with what you have; rejoice in the way things are. When you realize nothing is lacking, the whole world belongs to you.
Be peaceful, gentle, and nurturing you this day. It’s not easy to be peaceful, gentle, and nurturing all the time. You may get so caught up in your life and your problems that you forget how important it is to take care of yourself. The most important person you can take care of is yourself. You can’t help others if you don’t take care of yourself first. We all want to be those things, but it’s not always easy. Always remember that the sun rises in the east and sets in the west. The grass grows, and the flowers bloom and fade. All things are impermanent. The wind blows through the trees, rippling leaves in waves of sound and motion. Be at peace with your surroundings, at peace with yourself, be at peace with the world around you. Take time to appreciate those who love you and share their love with others who may need it more than you do at this time in your life.
Be aware of your thoughts, your emotions, and your actions. The first thing to do is be aware of your thoughts, your emotions, and your actions. Start by noticing what you’re doing when something goes wrong or when you’re lost in thought. Then ask yourself what you’re thinking about at that moment. Finally, consider whether this is a useful way to behave or if there’s another way of approaching things that might lead to better results. Be aware of the people around you and their thoughts, emotions, and actions. Be aware of your own body and how it feels about the world around you.
Breathe deeply; exhaling slowly releasing all that is not of love and light. Exhale through your mouth, release all tension, and breathe in, drawing energy into your body. Repeat this process several times, until you feel relaxed and energized at the same time. Now that you are relaxed and energized you are ready to begin the meditation. Allow your eyes to close and take yourself on a journey. Begin by imagining yourself standing at the base of a mountain, it may be one you have seen before or one from your imagination. As you stand there looking up at the mountain imagine that each step you take brings you closer to reaching its peak. Each time you reach a new level on the path, notice how much further there is still to go.
Seek within you all you desire, become that which you desire. The world is a mirror. It reflects to you what you are. If you see pain, it is because you are projecting pain onto it. If you want to change your life, change your thoughts. What you desire is already within you. It is your unfulfilled potential, waiting to be realized. You do not need to go outside and look for it; the answer lies within yourself. The only thing that can limit you is your own beliefs about who you are, what you are capable of doing, and what is possible for your life.
Be love, be kind, be compassionate. Be someone who cares about others’ feelings and is willing to listen when they need someone who will listen without judgment or criticism. Be grateful for all that you have in life and for those who love you unconditionally, even when your heart hurts from being broken by those who don’t deserve your love, just know that there are people out there who do love you, who will never hurt you intentionally, who would never leave you when times get tough or when things get better without them by your side; they’ll always be there no matter what happens because they love you so much it hurts sometimes because they can’t help themselves; they have to show it in ways big or small because they can’t keep it inside anymore because it’s bursting at the seams of their hearts if they don’t share it with another soul on this earth.
In the quiet be willing to see beyond that which is before you. To be willing to see beyond this moment, to the next moment and the next and so on. To be able to let go of what happened in the past, or what might happen in the future. To be willing to leave yourself behind and take the next step in your journey towards something greater than yourself. It is not easy to do this, especially when we are so caught up in our thoughts and emotions. But when we can step outside of ourselves even for a second and look at things from a different perspective, it can help us gain insight into situations that we may not have thought about before.
Be aware of where you are. Be aware of all that has come before. There are many ways to approach the subject of mindfulness, but the most important thing is to be aware of where you are. That sounds simple, but it’s not always easy to do. We live in a world that is constantly demanding our attention. Our phones and computers keep us constantly connected and informed, but this also keeps us from being fully present in the moment. When you’re mindful, you’re more likely to pay attention to what’s going on right now rather than worrying about what happened yesterday or what might happen tomorrow. This makes it easier for you to respond effectively when something unexpected happens instead of reacting automatically with anxiety, anger, sadness or whatever other emotions might be triggered for you by an event, interaction or situation that didn’t go exactly as planned.
Be aware of all that is yet to be. Life is a journey, not a destination. You are so much more than the sum of your experiences. You have the power to shape your destiny. You are not just on this journey once, but many times over. Each time you come back to life, you bring with you all that you learned from previous lives and experiences, as well as all that you have gained from them. This time around, you may choose different paths and take different actions based on what has been learned in past lives. But the most important thing is to always remain open-minded and willing to learn from others. Life is a school where you learn from mistakes and successes alike sometimes in ways you might not even realize we’re learning until later on down the road
Be not afraid, breathe in radiant white light, exhale white light. No matter what you’re going through, there’s something you can do to improve your life and the lives of those around you. When you feel overwhelmed and stressed, your body responds by releasing stress hormones like cortisol and adrenaline. When these hormones are released in high amounts, they can cause a host of unpleasant side effects including fatigue, anxiety, and depression. When you’re feeling stressed out, it’s easy to feel like you’re stuck in a loop of negative emotions. But there are ways that you can break out of this cycle and start feeling better today.
Become a feather, flowing through this day with grace and ease. Take some deep breaths and relax your body from head to toe. Let go of any tension or stress in your muscles and just let them relax completely. Feel yourself becoming lighter and lighter as you breathe in and out slowly.
