Open your hands facing the heavens, cupping them together. Your palms should be turned up and you should be looking at them. Inhale as you open your hands facing the heavens, exhale as you bring them down, palms facing out, to form a flaming circle. While holding this position, imagine that you are drawing energy from the sun, moon, and stars into your body through your hands. Now raise one hand above your head and stretch it out toward the sky. Imagine that all of this energy is flowing up through your arms and out through your fingertips into space above you. Inhale deeply as you do this.
Lay all your burdens in your open hands. Come back to the fire and feel the warmth of the flames on your skin. You must be willing to look at the ashes and see that it is not an end, but a new beginning. You must be willing to rebuild what was lost, to rekindle what was extinguished. You must be willing to let go of everything you have ever known and start a new investment again with nothing but hope and faith that there is something better out there for everyone who chooses it.
Imagine all you wish to release, to move through, all that is not of love and light in your heart, mind, soul, and Spirit to be in your hands. Then imagine this flame being guided into the earth where it will be transmuted and transformed into pure light. This is a powerful way to cleanse and clear yourself of unwanted energies. Imagine this process happening for as long as you wish until you feel complete. When you are ready to end the meditation or process simply say thank you, open your eyes, and bring yourself back into the physical world from this meditation.
Feel the weight of all you carry in your hands, now at this moment. You have been carrying this burden for so long and it’s time to let go of it. It’s time to let go of the past and move forward with a new perspective. You’ve learned from it and now you can move on. There is no need to carry it around with you anymore. You’ve come so far and now it’s time to let go of everything that doesn’t serve you anymore. The past has come and gone, and it will always be there for you to learn and invest from and grow with.
Imagine a fire pit before you; the flames dancing before you. Now imagine that same group of people losing their money to a raging fire. They lose everything they own and have to start over from scratch. But through all of this turmoil, they find comfort in each other; they find strength in their community. They realize that they don’t need material possessions to be happy; they only need each other. The fire represents the fiery energy of truth in your lives and the truths that have been hidden from you for centuries by those who wish to keep you enslaved in ignorance and fear. Today you will burn away all these false beliefs with your inner fire until only truth remains
Know you are safe and protected from all you have placed in your hands. Each time you breathe out, imagine that you are expelling all the dark energy of fear, worry, anger, and disappointment from your body. Breathe fully into your heart and feel it expanding as it fills with love and light. You can feel this love and light now surrounding your body like a cocoon of warmth and protection from harm. You are on a journey of self-discovery and you must listen to your inner voice. Your inner voice knows the answers to your questions.
No harm shall come to you. The flames of the fire before you are open to receiving all you wish to release, to purify, to heal, to transform. The flames are hungry for what you bring them. They will consume it all and leave only ash behind. The fire is here to serve you, as you are here at this time in your life to serve others. As you release what no longer serves you, you allow yourself space for what does serve you. Ask for assistance in releasing whatever blockages need releasing so that we may be free to live our lives more fully. You are loved and supported in every way possible.
Imagine every thought, emotional wound, disappointment, and fear of the known and unknown being transported one by one into the flames of the fire. The flames are burning so brightly now and you can feel their warmth on your skin. Feel their energy run through your body as they burn away all that is not you. You are watching yourself burn through all the things that no longer serve you and are not true for who you are now. You are burning away everything that has been keeping you from being your best self. You are burning away all the things that have been holding you back in life. You are burning away everything that has been blocking your light from shining brightly so that it can guide others to their greatness as well.
The flames dance and flicker, turning bright orange as it transmutes all you are willing to release into the Light. The flames grow higher as if increasing in intensity. The flames grow higher as if increasing in intensity. You begin to feel a sense of peace and balance within your mind and body. The fire of purification is a powerful ally in our spiritual work. Your inner fire can be used to help you clear away negative energy from your life, as well as from your homes and spaces.
Feel your entire being become lighter and lighter, freeing you from all that has come before. Feel your entire being become free from all you have carried. As you breathe deeply, feel the fire of purification burning away all that is no longer needed. Now feel yourself becoming a flame of purification. Feel the fire burning within you, burning away all the old, stale energy. Feel yourself rising higher and higher in the sky, continuing to burn away the old stale energy.
Feel your entire being sigh with relief for there is nothing that cannot be yours for the asking. In this moment, You are reminded of the power of your word, and how it can manifest in your life. You are not powerless. You have always been powerful! It is time for you to claim it! Let go of all doubt, let go of all fear, let go of all worry—and just trust in yourself.
Feel the warmth of the flames warm your Spirit, your body, thoughts, your heart. Feel the heat of the flames as they wash away all that no longer serves you. The flames of purification will wash away all impurities from your soul and spirit. The fire will burn away all of your fears and worries. The fire will destroy all negative energies around you and replace them with positive ones. As the flames burn away all worries and fears, a beautiful light will shine upon you and fill your mind with love, peace, and happiness.
Travel this day in love and light for there is only love and light. As we move into this new era, there will be challenges and obstacles to overcome. The only way to do so is with love and light. If you want to achieve your goals and dreams, you must travel this day in love and light. If you travel this day in love and light, anything is possible for you. When you travel through life with an open heart and mind, you will find that all things are possible for you. You can achieve whatever it is that you desire if you travel this day in love and light.
Be willing to step out from the shadows which attempt to bind you. You have been given a gift, an investment of being able to walk in two worlds: one of darkness and one of Light. The choice is yours which world you choose to walk in every day. The Light will always be there waiting for you when you are ready to walk in it again. You need only reach out your hand and take it to see once again what lies ahead of you. This is a time to let go of anything that does not promote your spiritual growth. It may be something you have been carrying for a long time or something that has been brought into your life recently. Whatever it is, it’s time to let it go and experience the power of the Holy Spirit working in your life.
Step into the light beloved child. Give thanks for all that has come before. Give thanks for all that is yet to be. Allow yourself to feel what it is like to be free of pain, free of suffering, free of fear. Sit with this for a moment and allow yourself to feel safe and secure in your own skin. Welcome in the heat of love that flows through you as you breathe in and out. You are now at a place of great transformation, a time of renewal and rebirth. It has been a long road. A long journey, fraught with hardships and trials. But you have made it through the darkness and into the light.

You have chosen to take part in the process of transmuting base metals into gold through your unique experiences and interactions with others, as well as on a higher level through your thoughts, words, and deeds.
