Angel Prince of the North
In any given moment there are a multitude of thoughts in your mind, a multitude of emotions in your heart and your body. You can’t stop thinking. You can’t stop feeling. You can’t stop living. How you respond to these thoughts and emotions, however, is up to you. The more you become aware of this fact, the more you will be able to see things as they are. Sometimes you are so caught up in your thoughts that you can’t see anything else. You think you’re thinking clearly but you’re not. If you want to think clearly, then you must start by being aware of all this and learning how to distinguish between thoughts and feelings.
Each thought and each emotion carries its unique energy vibration. Those types of thoughts are powerful because they come through your subconscious mind, which is the part of your mind that knows everything you need to know. your subconscious mind knows what’s right for you, what’s good for you, what’s healthy for you, and what’s bad for you, but it doesn’t always tell you these things in words. Rather, whenever something happens in your life you make a decision or you do something or someone says something to you that you don’t understand at first but then later on it makes sense, this is an example of how your subconscious mind communicates with you.
You always have free will to choose your thoughts, your emotions, and your actions. You always have free will to choose your thoughts, your emotions, and your actions. You can choose to be angry or happy, sad or joyful. You can choose to be stressed out or relaxed. You can choose to be jealous or compassionate. You can choose to be honest or dishonest. You can choose to be loving or unloving. Your free will allows you to make choices that affect your life positively and negatively. It is up to you which one you want to make with each situation that comes up in life.
In moments of turmoil, and dis-harmony, remember to breathe. Calm yourself by breathing. It’s easy to forget to breathe when you’re upset, which only makes the situation worse. Take a few deep breaths and focus on slowing down your heart rate and relaxing your muscles. You might feel overwhelmed by the situation and unable to make a clear choice. This is often the case when you need to make a decision that will affect other people’s lives as well as your own. Listen carefully and be honest with yourself. Don’t try to convince yourself that something is right just because it seems like it should be right or because someone else thinks so.
For in breathing even for a moment, the body, mind, and Spirit release all they carry. When you breathe, you take in air and carry it to every part of your body. In breathing even for a moment, the body, mind, and Spirit release all they carry. Inhale deeply and exhale slowly; feel your body relax as you do so. Close your eyes if you wish to do so. Focus your attention on your breath as it comes in through your nose and mouth and goes out again. Feel its warmth on your face or chest as it moves in and out of your body. If any thoughts arise during this time, simply acknowledge them and let them pass through your mind like clouds moving across the sky.
In the moment of each breath is the choice to choose differently. Choosing differently is not about becoming something else. It’s about being who you are differently. The moment of each breath is the place from which you can choose to change your thoughts, actions, and feelings. Awareness is the practice of seeing clearly without judging or reacting. It’s about being present with whatever happens in your mind and body without judgment or reaction.
Choose to give thanks for your many blessings. When you’re grateful, you see the world differently and you begin to see the good in it. You can find solutions to problems because you’re looking for solutions rather than problems. You’ll be able to see new opportunities and possibilities because you’re looking for them instead of being stuck in your current mindset. If you want joy, peace, and happiness in your life, start by being grateful for what you have right now. This doesn’t mean that if you don’t have something it isn’t important or valuable.
Choose to reach for the next best thought, the next, and the next. You have the freedom to choose your thoughts. You can choose to allow negative thoughts to enter your mind. Or you can choose to be grateful, to see the good in the world, and to focus on what you want rather than what you don’t want. When you catch yourself thinking negatively, take a moment and refocus on something that gives you joy and makes you happy. You have a choice about which thoughts are allowed in your mind at any given time, so make sure it’s positive ones.
Choose to reach out to a trusted friend in moments when soothing yourself appears to be overwhelming. If you are feeling overwhelmed, you may need to take a break from your feelings, thoughts, and emotions. Make a conscious choice to let go of whatever is causing your distress. This is not always easy, but it is possible with practice. You may also reach out to a friend. In moments when soothing yourself appears to be overwhelming, choose to reach out to a trusted friend instead of trying it on your own. Friends can listen without judgment and provide support during difficult times.
Choose to refocus your emotions; expressing gratitude for all that has come before this moment. Sometimes, when you feel overwhelmed by the world around you, it is helpful to stop and reflect on what you have to be grateful for. Be grateful for your past, present, and future. Be grateful that you are alive, breathing, and capable of making a difference in the world. When you choose gratitude instead of fear or anger, you realize that you have more control over your life than you might think. If you don’t like something about yourself or your situation, you can make a change.
Choose to give thanks for all that is before you. You’ll find it easier to deal with challenges when you focus on what’s good about your situation instead of what’s wrong with it. Focus on gratitude. Even though you may be facing an obstacle right now, there are many things in your life that are good and right. Keep a daily gratitude journal where you write down three things for which you’re grateful every day. This increases happiness and makes you feel more fulfilled at work and in life overall. Think about the people who love and care about you and how lucky you are to have them in your life as these will give you clarity in your life.
Clear your mind, releasing sorrow and pain, clearing the way for more love and light to shine through you this day and the next and the next. Let them go so they can no longer influence you or bring you down. Release yourself from the constraints of negative thoughts and emotions; release yourself from worry, anxiety, fear, stress, and all other negative emotions that keep us bound up in your life. Release yourself from any other influences that are not good for your health or well-being. Release yourself from anything that is not in alignment with who you truly are as a spiritual being having a human experience on planet Earth at this time in history.
Release thoughts from what was, clearing your mind, your body, and your Spirit for all that awaits you. A clear mind is a happy mind. You can accomplish so much more when your mind is clear. Lots of emotions, thoughts, and feelings can weigh you down and get in the way of your ability to think clearly. When we are overwhelmed with feelings or thoughts, it’s difficult to focus on what we need to do at that moment. If you want to be successful at anything, you must have a clear mind. Your goals may be lofty and require great focus and determination.
